High Blood Cholesterol? All You Want to Know

Have you just been told you have high cholesterol? Maybe you think you know about the ‘good’ and the ‘bad’ – HDL and LDL – but there’s a lot more you should probably learn, to be sure you’re doing the best thing for your health.
