A Slow-Down
Tue, November 29, 2011 at 09:00AM For the last 6 years I’ve posted a blog daily (or, from January 2010, 5 days a week). Now I think I need to slow down a bit further. From tomorrow, I’ll only post 3 times a week. This is not that there’s less health news that’s relevant for boomers and beyond, but because I’m getting tired of trying to find different ways of saying “eat right, exercise a lot, take your meds, and lay off the supplements”. I want more time for other things.
